Water Injection

Hi Jim,
Water induction was used in many engines, particularly those that ran on
heavier fuels. Water tends to slow combustion, reducing detonation. Of
particular interest to me is the Secor-Higgins carburetor used on the
Rumely Oilpull.

Secor-Higgins system that originally appeared in Scientific American. I
don't remember the date exactly, but I think it was in the teens. There
are also some diagrams from other publications.
