Q:
G'day all; Has anyone ever tried to straighten a bent oiler? This is OEM on the 5hp. Economy. It's bent at the small glass about 15-20 degrees or so. It appears to be brass or bronze. Appreciate any advise! RickinMt.

My recently acquired Stover KA has a simple fault. The cam which opens and closes the exhaust valve is keyed onto the shaft which goes through the timing gear (to which it is also keyed). The woodruff (half moon) key in this shaft is badly worn so there is a lot of lash [ … ] |
