Identified as a boiler caulk injector.

What is this? Measures about 2' tall. Marked: The New Boiler Never Leak
Injector, Pat Applied For, "Use Only Genuine Boiler Never Leak In This
Tool", Liquid Venger Corporation, Buffalo, NY. It has a very tiny pressure
gauge on it that reads up to 120Lb. Came out the Altoona Penna Rail Road
shops. I would like to sell it but I don't know what exactly it is used for.

This menu is included for the blind to use with speaking software that may not be able to cope with the java based popup menu at the top of the screen.
