Museum Listing

The Museum Listing is database driven. Anyone can add a museum to the listing, and please do. Australian and New Zealand museums are preferred, but other overseas entries are allowed. There are many categories for you to choose from, and the museum need only be loosely related to Steam & Engine. The categories include:

5. Model Engineering (in general)
6. Pioneer Village or Museum
7. Prototype and Miniature Railways and Tram ways
8. Re-enactments
9. Rural Life

12. Vintage Machinery
13. Vintage Motorcycles

I often get asked if I can update museum information which has become out of date, or provide a database password to someone to update an entry that another person has made. I can do both of these things, but please be patient and expect some questions to establish your bona-fides before I allow the changes.

You can go onto the Museum Listings from where you can find a local museum in the field which interests you, and/or you can add new entries.
