NA Triple Header Page : 1 - 2 - [ 3 ] -
On 13th April 2005, PBR ran a triple headed consist on train No. 11 on the Yellow Timetable. Leaving Belgrave at the head of the consist was 12A, 7A, and 14A. Normally this train runs double headed to Lakeside, but 12A required testing and Workshops ran the loco on this train to Menzies Creek, then light engine back to Belgrave as Train No.10. This is a very unusual event at the PBR, last time I saw or heard of a triple was about two years ago.

Here is the gratuitus shot of the Garrett. Every time I turn up for work on the railway people tell me the Garrett will be going into the shops for its overhaul. So much for that happening this week. The rumour is that it is being kept out of the shops for the Great Train Race then it will go in for its first overhaul after its first year of service since restoration was completed.
